![]() maker of trouble | Well, it's good to see some one else is got about the same as me... I got (the day before Farley...) Car Bill for $2K more than anticipated (from night before) 2 keys on cheap silver rings - no key chain Tank of gas - I think full - haven't filled it up yet A super quick turn around time and a really nice MA... Would have loved some freebies - but what can you do... I guess I didn't spend enough $$ (haha) heck - with my old VW they even threw in the floormats - these I had to buy! Maybe next time! Oh - and no drinks (none even offered), no snacks - but then I brought them mini pastry... What are you gonna do? Call them up and say give me free stuff? Well - that is an idea... Maybe when I have to go in for service... hmmmmm SMILES! Hmmmmm |

| I love my mini | Thanks MiniMamaMia---They actually have them at my dealer for the same price on ebay (and I wouldn't have to pay shipping) plus I have my gift certificate to spend! But I know I'll end up spending more than that $25 as I have other things in mind.... : ) Coming soon to a road near you! IB/W, chrome bumper inserts, premium & cold weather packages, sport seats, DSC, spoiler! |

Offline | I went in expecting nothing but a “thanks for your business”. I knew from the day I ordered the car that I would be getting the floor mats thrown in, because I had wanted to order them and my MA told me not to worry they include them. My list is short n sweet. Full tank of premium gasoline, carpeted floor mat set, cup holder thingey, a fairly nice keyring … which I’ll probably keep using just cause I don’t think I can get the key off of it…. Um does everyone get the road atlas book? That’s a fun little thing. And I think that’s really about it. Oh yeah, Mini Smints. I don't drive too fast ... you just look too slow! We're not lost ... this is the scenic route ![]() Mr. Q's blog |

Plus side - when I buy by euro tray - they'll pop it in for me - free of charge! woo hoo! And yeah - I believe the road atlas comes with the owners manual... marketing gimic ya know... Still having a blast - nice to see you haven't abandoned us all together!!! Hmmmmm |

Offline | I wanted the $250 AUD option floor mats. I told them to throw them in as a condition of sale. Then got an extra $1000 on my trade-in, as another condition of sale So they'll probably stinge me on any possible free stuff ![]() - Global Moderator - MY BLOG - Global Procrastinator - ![]() ... Offline | Free stuff. I picked my MCS yesterday and got a bunch of flowers for my girlfriend and nothing else. My car did have a full tank of fuel, but on checking the paperwork I had paid for it. In fairness to the dealer they had given me the luggage for half price ( to keep me sweet) so I suppose they felt I,d had enough freebies. |

Offline | I've been quoted £350 to Superguard and £49 to fill with fuel and leave a litre of oil in the boot. I've suggested £120 to Superguard and free fuel and oil. I'm waiting for a response. But.... I want the car (Convertible) and they can get me one for August - earlier than anyone else I have tried - so what do you do? Geoff |
