Has anyone done business with checkered flag mini in virginia beach VA? How gooda are they?

I bought my MINI from Checkered Flag in June 2002, ordered in April. Richard Hutsko the manager is great, and the sales team is very much a class act. The service department is a bit behind the learning curve though.

I believe they are currently charging MSRP with a $400 documents fee.

they are great. My sales man was Gram. I figured, If you buy a British car you must buy a british car from a british guy. Realy now, The are Realy good to work with.

Great sales staff.
Service dept could use some service. They need a lemon law for service departments. Although I will say they've gotten better I don't think they're where they should be.
I'm hoping the new service center they're supposed to open will make a difference.

oh yea! The service department will be moving over by the MINI dealer on the 29th of September.

I called to get the rear fogs, but they don't have the kit yet.
