| MINI2 Senior | Lind Mini Chelmsford Weve just bought two Cooper S from them. The sales Girl Vicky Bird comes highly recomended, she is extremely professional whilst making the experience as fun as much possible. We were kept informed at all times even when one of the cars was delayed due to Harman Kardon and we were given a loan car until the other 's' arrived too. The rest of the team Ed, Vannessa and Glen were extremely friendly and helpful too. I just hope that the Service team/Parts can mimick the good service of the sales team when we require their help. So thats a BIG 10/10 for Lind MINI Chelmsford from us so far. |

Offline | Used MINI of Pittsburg for my S. Excellent experience: Graham, my MA, actually answered the calls and the staff was very helpful when he could'nt. Six week wait to the dealership, no markup or additional charges, discounted accessories, free shipping across country, tire and wheel buy back, many extra services and very few problems! Wonderful attention to detail by an experienced MINI owner! It does'nt get any better than this. |

| 01 | Yup - north oxford mini was great !!! were so nice to deal with. I dealt with robin who was lovely, he even gave me a whole years tax and sarah gave me a bottle of champagne when handing over. So good infact, that i took my mum back there to buy a convertible cooper s a week later!! We dealt with sarah that time and she really is lovely. They wouldnt give us any freebees though as she only had to wait a month for the car!!! I will be going back when i upgrade to an s!! |

| MINI2 Master | Motorline, Daisy Hill, Brisbane A big two thumbs up, and, 11 out of 10 for customer relations to Darren Griffith and the team at Motorline in Brisbane. Been looked after like a best friend since January, always informed about everything, a wonderful set of gifts when we picked the car up, and fanatstic professionalism all the way through. I can not rate them highly enough, and I'm sure we will be popping in regularly for a chat and a coffee Well done Motorline.... simply .. the best ![]() |

Offline | Chiswick BMW Well I've finally done enough miles to qualify for my first oil change. Booked my Cooper S into MINI/BMW Chiswick for its 1 hour service. I had received such good customer service during the sale of my car, I was looking forward to my cars first trip back to the garage! I had explained on the phone that I needed an early appointment as poss as I have a long commute to work. The person on the phone seemed very hurried, and keen to get onto the next call. Not up to the expectations that have been raised by the MINI brand. Since the service was only supposed to be an hour long, I decided I could just about wing it at work and wait. The car went in just before 8:00 and did not get it back until 9:55, making me even later for work. Nobody bothered to keep me updated to the delay. Apparently they washed it, although the windows were still covered in insects and only the mats had been touched inside. If I'd been told over the phone, whilst booking my service, that there was a car service to nearby stations, I would have certainly taken advantage and picked her up after work. At least I know now. Also noted that BMW drivers were given a warmer welcome and BMW driving customers that came in after me, left before me (not that I know what they were in for though). Overall not impressed. Was going to book a test drive in a Works S, but not from that garage. Think a few miles up the road at MINI Park Lane might be a better bet for the next service! |

Offline | Think twice and be careful before getting involved with them! Very unfriendly dealerships with poor customer care. See this thread for more info: http://www.mini2.com/forum/dealership-feedback/51252-rydale-cardiff.html Last edited by Red Cooper : Jul 2nd, 2005 at 01:07 AM. Reason: . |

Offline | Got mine from Mini Alto Atarmon in Sydney. Great dealership. Very informative and willing to help out. Only problem was the amount of waiting to get the car... lol. but oh well.. Definitely great service.. best I've had in terms of purchasing a car. It wasn't like they just wanted to take your money and leave u to it, but they looked after you, and that was very important in terms of aftersales service. |

| MINI by the beach... | Crevier MINI in Santa Ana, California...Questionable. I'm still shopping around for a well-recommended dealership in the Southern California area, and from what I've heard on this forum South Bay is the one to try...I stopped by Crevier MINI in the Santa Ana Auto Mall today and was surprised to find that each one of their new cars include a Maintenance Package markup of $3,995! This supposedly includes 5yr/40,000 miles free scheduled maintenance, free car washes M-F, free storage when travelling, free loaners when being serviced, etc. I don't care how much maintenance they're going to give me, I'm not going to pay another $4K for that! Next stop will be South Bay MINI. |

Offline | River27 I've just picked up my MINI Cooper from Benham Wolves about two months ago. They are top people and nothing seems too much trouble. They're all really passionate about MINI. They talked me into having the JCW Sound Kit fitted and a strut brace. Gotta say that I'm well impressed with the stuff. The brace has tightened up the front end and the filter and exhaust make it rev much cleaner. Also has a nicer sound now. I haven't use them for service yet, but based on the sales team I'll be going there. |

Offline | Elms Bedford Don't bother - spend your cash elsewhere!! Sales - oh how they love you up to when you've paid and then they treat you like something they stepped in!! Waited 4 months to pick up my MCSa and the day my wife and I wnet to pick up the car the Mini manager and salesperson who we dealt with didn't even bother to greet us!! Car was poorly valeted and not even a full tank of petrol which we PAID FOR! Service - bunch of monkeys. Had a simple problem with my brakes which Elms did absolute FA to help me with. Ended up calling Mini Assist who identified the problem quickly and sorted it just as quickly. Elms 10/10 for treating customers like sheet. Will be spending my considerable disposable income elsewhere! Lies need defending all the time. The truth defends itself. |

Offline | Victoria MINI, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Car purchased at MSRP but they threw in a compete set of floor mats & 2 key rings. Excellent to deal with in sales. Service appointments were always on time. They provided a BMW SUV as a loaner while warranty work on seat was being done. Discount on accessories purchased (JCW stuff) and fair labour rates. After each service appointment I got phone calls from them asking if everything was satisfactory (it sure was). I have never been treated this well by any car dealer in the past. I can't think of any way they could be better than they are. |
