Well after almost 2 years, 26000 miles and 14 warranty trips i've finally got a result from BMW on my crocked cooper. Through my original dealer (DP, Hamilton) and mini customer services i'm getting a replacement car.

Basically getting an excellent trade-in value for my Coop given the mileage and am now trading up to an S!

Spec - Solid Black/ Black, Chilli Pack, Chrome Line Exterior, MFSW, TLC, Brillant Silver Dash and Black Satellite interior.

Roll on 3rd week in March!

Have you had any more thoughts on your next MINI? If you look at the kit you get with the Chilli Pack on the S it represents good value IMHO - xenons, air-con, half leather seats, 17" wheels etc etc. - the wheels and air con upgrade would be the equivalent cost alone!

Agreed it is very good value but to be honest I don't want the 17" wheels (they do look good though) and when I had a courtesy car with Xenon's I didn't think much of them over the ordinary crap lights. I expected them to be way better so was disappointed not to find a huge difference.

Still planning to change late this year.
