Offline | If you place an order I think it is reasonable to get confirmation of an order within a week. Offline | Yippee at last i have my mini i picked it up over the weekend. The spec was correct which was a real shock. I was however only given 3 days notice that the car was there, even though when i asked them when it arrived it transpired that it had been sitting there an entire weekend befor i was informed and then that was only because i phoned them to check on its progress. Then when i picked it up they told me they did not have any complete mini owner packs and that one had been specially ordered for me and would be hand delivered to me this week along with the metal mug i had been promised as a freebee for buying the car from them. So as it is now wednesday i am not holding out much hope i imagine i will have to go in there and get it myself. I did recieve a letter from them when i ordered it about a week latter. Is anybody else dealing with anthony? I am sorry to say this but i think i have purchased my last mini, next time its an audi as i have been told there customer service is much better than BMW. Sorry about the rant. |

| Back in a first gen. | OMG!! Lind don't have a very good reputation do they? I can't believe that there is such a contrast between them & my MINI dealer (Rydale Oldbury). Everytime I visit them they are nothing but totally friendly & extremely helpful. When ordering a MINI Cooper last November (which I later cancelled - due to change of mind). I got confirmation of my order while I was there & a pack containing my order & all deposit receipts & a print out of what my MINI would look like. When I changed my mind and called into Rydale to cancel I was given my deposit back then & there. Hope you all sort them out. Good luck with your MINI oreokid, but don't be put off a fab car. I'm sure there is other dealers nearby who you can take your car to? Good luck anyway. |

Offline | The only other mini dealerships in kent are coopers in tonbridge wells, ruxley up bromley way and there is one in canterbury somwhere. Coopers is supposed to be the best but when i went up there a fair while ago i asked some fairely simple questions to the very very nice lass that was playing at being a sales person and it took them 2 months to phone me and that was not with the answear it was with asking what questions i had asked, need to say i never phoned back as i concluded that they sounded just as bad as lind and could not see the point of going all the way the tonbridge wells for the same crap service i could get in maidstone. |

| Badger Badger Badger | Ok so i went to Lind again today and this time i wanted some real answers. They are going to phone me tomorrow with answers. Didnt quite get to the stage where i said "do you know who I am"? Still at least the guy there is very polite and prompt at phoning me when i demanded it. Also they had 2 John Cooper Challenge racers in there - very nice. |

| MINI2 Regular | From what I've found Broad Oak at Canterbury aren't bad at all. Nige. EB/W Cooper S, leather, 16" x-lites, climate, sunroof, heated seats, MFSW, Alpine CD. Whalen Shifter, Bonnet stripes, tints all round. Normally to be found in the outside lane of the M20. |

Offline | i droped into lind the other day to se where my owners booklet thing had got to, and i was told that it had been posted to me on thursday and i should have it by monday, monday came around and no booklet, then i find out today that they are sending sombody out with it today after telling me they had posted it! and i bet i dont get my mug ![]() |

Offline | I was talking to another dealer yesterday. He said that due to changes to the Chili pack they are unable spec Chili. I guess this applies to orders for delivery after a certain date. They order without Chili and then every few days check on the status of individual orders and add Chili where they can. Maybe this is Lind's problem? MCS JCW CR/CR ; MOD LY/B |

| MINI2 Regular | Even though i live in Orpington, I bought my car in L&C Sevenoaks - Now Coopers - Really great service, never had any probs, just about to order my MCS from them too. *March 2003, Mini Cooper, Solid Black, White Roof, White Bonnet Stripes, Red Tartan Kaleido/leather, Chilli Pack, SSP, 6 CD Changer, Cassette Boost Bootiful!! - Now gone But still got the MINI spirit ![]() |

Offline | Took my old company car for a service they had it for 24hours car comes back with the work done £700 and not even the inside hovered??? Not happy with the service on both the Mini or the BMW so I've posted a complaint on the www.bmwgroup.com site I'll keep you posted. It just anoys me that I pay out £12k+ cash for a car and get a poor service. Lind definatly need some sort of review. Maybe it because it's a mini and the BMW was an S reg. not a nice new shiny 535! |
