Offline | Chandlers of Brighton Anyone had dealings with these people? Long drawn out story but their customer service is imho shocking. Ive made at least 30 calls to them trying to get answers to a few simple questions.They never return calls etc. I can honestly say I will not be using their "services" ever again. |

Offline | Do you get all your work/servicing done at Worthing? Would you recommend them. I got so fed up with Brighton I threatened to cancel my order and go elsewhere. To be fair, the manager Jan was spot on once I spoke to her but Im still not taking any more business to them. |

| MINI2 Global Moderator | Yeah, I work quite near to their so it makes sense to take it there whilst I'm at work rather than going to the Brighton one. Only been using them for a few months as I was living in Kent until December. However, it has been in about 3 times on a warranty claim for having flat batteries and they were very helpful. The event let me come down and disconnect my electical mods so they could diagnose it properly rather than just refusing to touch it completely. ![]() the MINI has gone... |

Offline | Im pretty sure one of the sales people in Brighton told me they also provided Coopers with their cars. If Worthing are ok I,ll take mine there, as I really dont rate Brighton. |
