Ft Lauderdale MINI is the epitome of the motoring experience. Their customer service is great! They are selling the cars at the MSRP and refuse to mark them up or add any ridiculous "mandatory" dealer installed options. I have worked with Larry the MINI manager and he has been extremely helpful every single time I go to the showroom. This is the first dealership that I have ever wanted to buy a car from. It is just so rare that a dealership has a 12 month wait on a car and still treats every customer like they where number 1 on the list.

I'd also like to commend Lauderdale MINI on their courteous service and fair pricing. Bonnie & Larry have been very busy but always maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor. The dealership's price policy is MSRP plus a $299 delivery surcharge which applies to all their new vehicles including BMW. Their is NO mandatory dealer option package. Because I signed up pretty late, and because of their "customer friendly" attitude, the list is pretty long for an S, currently around 120. I'm not sure about the situation for Coopers, initially there was no list for prespec units. They had a good supply so you just picked the one you liked either right off the lot or off the "incoming" list. But they've been selling very fast, best to inquire at this point.
