I am having similar problems 'oop north' which are 'being attended to' at the moment so I won't name and shame. Mini really needs to concentrate on the whole sales package not just getting a signature for a purchase.

I walked out of the showroom in disgust today and am now only prepared to deal with the Dealer Principal and if he doesn't sort things I will be going down the Watchdog / Auto Express complaints page route.
