I just purchased my new Mini at Hank Aaron Mini in Atlanta. They were honest, professional, and the very best to do business with. There were some complications to be dealt with and they did it all with a very professional attitude. Pure class! Go see Marty or Jeff and you will be glad you did! I love my Mini!!!!!

Ive recently purchased my Indi Blue/White Cooper from Hank Aaron Mini in Atlanta Ga. They are clearly a customer service oriented business. Many thanks to Mr Aaron, Sid Baron General Sales Manager, and Marty and Jeff in Sales.
From day one my experience was professional, informative and most of all FUN!! If you are in the area or live nearby, you would do well to deal with them. They do not mark up their cars above MSRP or have mandatory dealer options.
Whether buying a Mini or a new BMW, I would choose Aaron over any other dealer.

guys...can I get more info from you who bought from HankAaron? I think the sales are nice but I was not updated at all and have to wait for 3 months...is this common?

I asked this question before but no responds yet. I was wondering if you can explain in detail your buying process from HankAaron. I am on the waiting list now but they never updated me with anything yet after 2 weeks. (other than saying 3 months wait). I really appreciate it.

We bought a brand new vehicle (Mini Cooper) here and as soon as the car was driven off the lot no one would return our calls. The air didn't work on the BRAND new car, and they took four days to fix it. While they had it, they wouldn't even call me back to let me know when it would be ready! I called several times over a few days and got no response. Now the air is broken again, and they got an attitude about it becuase I told them I was going out of town in a few days and I needed it fixed! The car only has a couple thousand miles on it so that is ridiculous. It took them 6 months to get my plates - I live in NY most of the time and NY requires front plates, but there was no place to put it on the car, so when I took it in they charged me to put the plate on!! The place itself it unkempt- the bathroom stalls were falling off the wall when I was last there and it was dirty. All in all, the service and attitudes of the service department and the sales were poor, and they could care less once they make the sale. I take my BMW that I also own to United BMW in Roswell and have an excellent experience, so in comparison Hank Aaron is AWFUL!
