I must apologise to knights of Newcastle under Lyme my Mini dealer for the comments i made in a previous posting regarding Mini shortfall insurance and poor service.I have been to Knights today to sort some paperwork out and they have resolved the problem with the shortfall insurance to my total and utter satisfaction,they have restored my faith in car dealerships and the Mini brand,i am now waiting to pick up my new MCS next week.

PS the negative comments i made were out of anger and a couple of drinks
