| Big Grin... | Bought my Mini from them originally and they were great. Just been back for the first service in their new showroom and the service remains excellent. Very friendly staff - Mark & Iain on reception and a big thank you to Paul the technician for being so helpful and understanding - he knows his stuff for sure. The new showroom is excellent - you can even watch your Mini being serviced. ![]() |

Offline | Good stuff - just what I want to hear as I should be picking up my new Cooper from them next month. Dealt with Kieron in the sales team, and he knows the product really well, so fingers crossed, should have no problems when I finally get my car (ordered a pre-facelift car in March, but put the order back when the first pictures of the revised car were released). Roll on 18th August. |

Offline | I have to say they are good, I bought my original MCS from another dealership and it had loads of faults, when I took it in they sympatised and the Mini Technicians went over the whole car with a fine toothcomb and fixed all the faults - I complained to Mini UK as even though the problems had been rectified I just didnt trust the car and it was a major Friday night car, so Mini gave me a new MCS - ive since been to Scothall with a couple of problems with the new(er) car and again they instantly called a technician who was sympathetic and helpful then advised us what would need to be done to fix the car. |

Offline | Keep up the good work - MCS went in on Friday due to a rather off putting burning smell - not wishing to stress the car anymore we took it in to Scotthall who gave us a hire car whilst ours was in the garage. Although we'd booked the car in for this Wednesday Scothall came to the rescue again and suprisingly had it finished today minus the burning smell and rattling noise. New gearbox fitted (under warranty) oh and the car was even given a free wash, very pleased ![]() Now we've just got to save for that Works kit.....well maybe one day |
