So far so good. Placed my order on saturday. I had a test drive at 2pm, i got one at 1pm as soon as i arrived, and she was on her own, she was very polite, service was very good, she wasnt pushy, she was blimmin fit aswell!!

first class so far!!!!!

I picked my Cooper up form Altwood Windsor this morning.

The actual buying process was a dream - it all went very smoothly with Sarah.

Since then - well....

I could NEVER get hold of them.
I had to ring them to remind them that my car would actually be a facelift version. I made changes to the spec and had to chase and chase forthe paperwork to sign. Then I had to chase and chase again for the new finance details.
Neither Sarah or Noel. Neither returned calls and I eventually spoke to a lady called Alison in the Marketing dept who deputises in sales for the other two on a weekend.

My advice is to keep on top of them, keep ringing for updates and keep in touch re progress on the car.

Apparently all their calls are routed to somewhere up North and messages don't always get through (yeah right?!)

The collection today was great - Sarah was very attentive and went though everything clearly - although she did nearly charge me again for the £500 deposit I originally put down.

I even got a bouquet of flowers.

Good luck - the hassle has been worth it!!!

Oooooooooh there both lovely. I changed order 2 a mcs, hope she cancelled me cooper!!! save the lord if she aint. must admit tho, ive had no trouble getting through

n i updated myspec and she sed shes gonna send me paper work for me to resign. Alison has never said this on spec changes!!!

and as for the re routing calls up north, ths rubbish theyve given u, as you dial their area code to ring em? maybe there recpetionist is a bit dapper, and walks up north, and tells them rather than the staff in the building

congrats on the purchase anyways!!!! any good?
