Hi all, After haveing troubels with 3 different So Cal dealers in LA and friends haveing trouble at a couple other it is a proven fact that So Cal service department need a major overhaul. I have had problems with dealers not fixing everything I asked for, Creating more problems, And even getting the seat wet. I went to Desert MINI in Las Vegas and got proffesional service. They fixed the stereo promblem that Universal created downloaded V38 and washed the car in under an hour! Mean while updating me every ten minutes ofn there progress. If any one is considering on going you will want to talk to Jim Simmions. He gets things done!
