Question Checkered Flag's new service centre

Does anybody know if Checkered Flag's new Mini service centre is complete and open for business? I purchased a used 2003 Cooper on Saturday - not from them - and have read on here some horror stories of Mini's being left at the old service location, and so would ideally like to hold off taking it in for its first service until they open the Mini-centric locale.
