Offline |  Westchester Mini I finally picked up my new MCS from Westchester Mini. My MA was Steve Stein. Steve is super friendly, and VERY responsive. He quoted a delivery time of 8 weeks on the Mini, and delivered it in 6. All in all an excellent experience. Steve is a very tech savvy guy, so he is great about email, etc. He even set up a website with pictures of all of the options available: http://minipics.smugmug.com/ All in all a very nice experience, and a great guy. Offline | Took my car in for its second scheduled service. I brought it in on the right day, but the wrong week (D'oh!) but they took care of me with a smile. They were very careful to check whether I wanted them to wash it or not. I appreciated this, because I am very particular about swirls and scratches, but they do a good safe job there. In general, I'm very happy with the MINI service at Westchester BMW. Note to self, tho: I made a checklist for myself of all the things I wanted them to check -- and then I left it home!
