Had a letter earlier this week from my Dealer - Godfrey Hall of Shrewsbury about how they were going to take on the role of Accident Management Assistants for their customers.
As you may know, the original MINI scheme finished late last year, so for an independant dealer to offer this FREE 24 hour service is something to be applauded.

One phone call, & they`ll arrange for your car to be taken to their bodyshop & liase with your insurance ..no matter who you`re insured with !!

I`ve got no connection with Godfrey Hall other than buying my last 3 cars from them, & can wholly reccomend their Customer services & Professionalism

I had the same letter / package from them......and I don't pick my newie up from them until September!

I wasn't aware that the existing arrangement had been curtailed.......nice of my supplying dealer to let me know.........

My whole "buying" experieince with them so far has been nothing short of excellent......and their service dept is top notch too.......which is more than can be said of the dealer I gave my £16k to........

This type of initiative should be highlighted for a dealer to be this committed to customer care.
