Wow!
That is all I can say about the way my first visit to the MINI dealership went.
Heck, I didn't even buy the car from them, and they were so kewl.
Got there early and they booked me right in. Then since it was going to take about 1 to 2 hours (for the service and recall fix and my dead key fob problem) they offered to drive me to the local mall.
The reps were also very nice and curteous.

Geez.

I like the perks of MINI ownership.

You are definately lucky with your service.
Most dealer experiences are not quite as happy.
Here in LA there are 5 dealers, and only one of them has even come close to giving me decent service.
