You can track you boats using aislive.com . I used it to track my MINI on it's journey on the Orion Diamond vessel.

If you are watching the panama canal live cam right now you can watch the Orion Diamond come through.

I cant figure out how to use this site. I registered but I still just get an overview and can't enter my ship info.

You need to have a basic idea of where your ship is and click around that area, once you click it will zoom in on that spot and show you the names of the boats and which direction they are heading. I think it zooms in once or twice. There are only a few areas that are tracked by this system right now. When I was tracking the Orion Diamond I figured it would be coming into the Panama Canal and by luck I clicked around the canal and found my boat. I hope this helps.
