I just got off the phone with my MA and he confirmed my car still at status 150. However, he then said that there were other cars that are scheduled to be finished in 4 days also at status 150 (they should be further along by now). Not sure, but it sounds like the tracking system has not been updating properly.

Has anyone here had any status change during the past week? It seems the last change in status I was able to see was on April 13th. Anyone have a change in status since then? If not - I think that our cars may be moving along and just not getting their status updated.

Post your findings here and if you do talk to your MA, ask him/her to check other cars scheduled to be complete in the next 4 or 5 days and see what their status code is.

Could be me grapsing at straws but you never know

I just found out this morning useing aksmini that my mini is out of the paint shop and has been released to the carrier, but it doesnt show on the OL.

all that can change quickly. mine went from in the paintshop, estimated completion 4.20 (via the automated system) yesterday, to complete and waiting pickup to the shipyard (human at ask-mini) to recieved and booked for the Freedom, departing 4.21, per the WW site.

different systems have different lag-times i guess...

Mine's been stuck in the paintshop for a week and suppose to be scheduled for completion April 21st tomorrow. No change in status in seven days.

That tends to happen, the status reports get hung up in the paintshop. Early AM the day after my car was supposed to be finished, it was still "in the paintshop". By the time I got to work that day, it had finished production, travelled to Southampton, and been loaded on a departing ship. Obviously all that didn't really happen in the 9 hours or so between times I checked, it's just that the status reports seem to really like that paintshop...

So I guess it is *possible* that my car has been started...

I guess the best thing to do is plug in the VIN at the WW site. Looks like that is the most accurate way to find out if a car is complete and ready to be shipped.

MY MINI IS COMPLETE!!!!

It was in the Paint shop for awhile

but now it is complete and waiting for something... forget now... TOO EXCITED!

The est. completion day was for tomorrow(April 21, 2006), so a WHOLE DAY EARLIER!

So how do I track it now? will AskMini give me more info? or do I have to search for the ship it will be on?

Your car is now awaiting transport. You can now track by going to this link:

http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/

Go to "Auto Cargo" and enter your VIN as the cargo ID. Once your car is booked, the status will show up. If the Cargo ID is not found, you just need to check back later.

Once you can see the cargo status it should tell you which boat it is on and then you can track coordinates at http://www.sailwx.info.
