You should get it sooner than next week. If your not getting any dealer installed items, they shouldn't need more than a day to get it ready.

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news Arty - but you and I got bumped to the Courage that is set to sail on May 6th and reach SC on May 20th

If you search on our old Booking Number GBSOU414565 you will see that there are now only 90 cars on there and ours are not there. If you search on your VIN you will see it as booked on the Courage.

This is what I am afraid of... Right now i am going to put my trust in my MA, and hope she is right... but if she is not... Then maybe I can get some free stuff

when I pick it up... Well I should know by next week if it was on the Freedom or not...

Well Arty - I am with you on the hoping part. I actually just got off the phone with ASKMINI and the rep said that my car was in fact on its way, but that it is not on a Wallenius Wilhelmsen ship. Huh?? I thought that Wallenius Wilhelmsen was the only ones they used to go to SC. I thought K-Line was only for west coasters. Still does not explain why our VINs are still on the Wallenius Wilhelmsen site.

Ok - I am totally confused now. May have to call my MA later to see if he can see anything. {sigh}.

Good news - my MA just confirmed what ASKMINI said - my car is in fact on a ship that left April 28th and is due in SC on May 11th. Looks like it is a K-Line ship afterall. Weird that my VIN still shows booked on the COURAGE. Oh well - I guess they double book them to get them out faster

Great News MCT! good to hear about your MINI... I just checked OL and it has a est. Delivery date of May 13!!!! that is like a week after it gets to the US!!

so for people wondering about how long it takes after it gets to the US, takes about a week i guess for most...

I'm excited now

Where do you find your estimated delivery day? Mine still says it's en route, even though I know it arrived in SC this weekend. My dealer won't call me back, so I'm in the dark.

Mine still says it is En Route too, but when i click on Review Order Details, there is an Estimated Deliver Date and thats the only info on the page... and my MA said this to me...

I can't guess a date at this time or any other time. Your MINI will get
here with about a dozen others sooooo I will do my best and get it done

That is what she told me, so she wont give me a date either... I email my MA so she can get to me when she can... but yeah... I hope you get some info soon about your baby... Good Luck!

Yay for all you who are closer to getting your MINIs!!!

This may be my last post for a while. I catch an early flight to my dealer in OH and I don't know if I want to drag the laptop along. This time tomorrow night I'll be sleeping soundly somewhere south of Mentor and my new MINI will be sleeping soundly outside my hotel window (where I can see her)

Can't wait...

Delivery Date to dealer. However, I have found this date to usually be conservative.

I meant conservative meaning you will probably get it before the date displayed.

I drove myself to the dealership today since I'm getting absolutely NO response from my MA. I've called now for 4 days with nothing. Apparently my car will be arriving on Saturday. Any guesses on when I'll be able to pick it up???

Mine arrived at the dealer on a Wednesday morning and I picked it up at lunchtime the next day. Had no issues with waiting for the CoO or anything like that. Your mileage may vary...

Thank you everybody for your messages! You all are so sweet! Actually it's not their fault I really can't pick it up till next week , I live in new orleans & the last weekend of jazzfest is this weekend so there will be 1000's of drunk tourists in town till tuesday I don't want my brand new mini in all that mess! God that call was so out if the blue.! I really didn't expect it! I hope everyone who is waiting for their's gets them soon & everyone who just got their's have fun!!

When I ordered my '05 Cooper I was able to pick it up the same day it got to the dealer

. I suppose it depends on when the car gets there. If in the AM - chances are better you can drive off with it that day. Again - if you are having stuff installed - could take a day or so to install accessories.

I actually just added a day or so to my delivery date. My MA told me that aero kits are now a factory option and can be installed at the VPC before the vehicle hits the dealership. That way you save about $400 on the installation (and from what I read - the kits installed at the VPC look better than those done via the outsourced body shop of the dealer). They just need to know 5 days before the car pulls into the port. I decided to go for it even though it means my car will sit at the VPC a little longer. Boy am I excited now though - Scooter is gonna look pretty sharp

this is for anyone who has already p[icked up their Mini. Im a little ccurious to know when carrier boat actualy arives vs when it was scedualed to arive, that is did your boat arive on time/early/late? And how long you waited from the time the boat docked till your

arived at your dealer?
