Offline | I emailed my MA saying... ?? So it just now left England yesterday? Or do you mean something else? and the MA replied... No.... it left the port of South Carolina. So Now i'm thinking it was on Freedom... but i will post to see what AskMINI says... and I will let you all know... I'm so confused now... |

My MINI has been waiting at Southampton since April 23rd and I called ASK-MINI (spoke to a person) on monday to check on the status and they told me that it was still waiting for a ship. This morning I got an email from my MA saying that it was loaded on a ship that left May 7th. The ASK-MINI rep said that during the shipping process the MAs are the best source of information. Unfortunately the shipping is seems to be the most chaotic part of the whole process. '06 HB/S MCS-JCW |

I've not seen a purple and silver one before, looking forward to seeing day light pics  Mine's currently in the work carpark in need of a good wash  20 days old and just under 600 mile now on the clock. I am loving the car. SO glad I decided to go for a MINI, I umm'd and arr'd for ages. |

Offline | Sorry I forgot to post last night what ASKMINI said... "Vehicle is at the port awaiting a vessel" I also checked OL again, and it again has an estimated deliver date, now of May 10th, 2006 and my MA said it left South Carolina on May 8th, 2006 So... I would guess it wouldnt take more than 2 days to get to the dealership... Then the dealership has to give it a wash and do its stuff... but that shouldnt take more than a day, so i should get it by Sat. but my MA said to expect it next week, (mid to end),so it looks like they are going to take their time to wash it and get it ready... I will keep trusting my MA and if she is wrong i'll make sure i let her know... and maybe i can get some free stuff |

Offline | Finally - the Franconia docked 2 hours ago in Charleston. Here's hoping for a quick unload and short visit at the VDC. Hope my aero kit won't delay it too long. Getting excited now . |

Delivery date again, now its for May 13, 2006, which is tomorrow, but as long as my MA has it ready by next week, I'll be happy , cant wait...Good news to hear about your MINI MCT, I think the VDC down in SC is pretty fast, unless there is a problem with your mini, but we wont even consider that |
