Uh oh! I'm still just showing booked on the Hudson Leader. I've been sitting at the dock since 7/16. Honestly, I wish I didn't have access to the WW information. It's causing me to have a variety of symptoms: nervous tic, brewer's droop, weaver's bottom and, wost of all, a strange form of Touret's syndrome that causes me to curse uncontrolably when I sign onto the WW website.

I'm not giving up hope yet, but my status has not changed. I'm not showing loaded on the vessel yet. Congrats to all you that are getting your sea legs.

I dreamed of the day I would be writing this post!! The WW site has just been updated, and I'm one of the lucky one's that shows "Loaded on Vessel" (Hudson Leader)!!! Now it's time for me to take a vessel and get loaded!! Now comes the fun part of tracking it across the ocean and praying the VPC isn't too over booked.

Looks like I lucked out, unlike a lot of you, my MINI arrived at the ramp on 7/30 and now shows "loaded on Vessel"..not hardly enough time to collect any seagull dung !!

Good luck to all and Bon Voyage !!! see you in New York !!

I can't get an image to post, but here's a link to a picture of the ship carrying our Minis.

Perhaps someone can translate the text on the left side of the page to let us know if Größe indicates the call sign.

Could it be? First Aida, then Isolde. Now, for the first time, my status is indicating the coveted "Loaded on Vessel" for the Hudson Leader! I'm not counting my chickens, however, until that sucker's been out to sea for at least 2 days and the status remains "Loaded on Vessel". Then, maybe I'll be convinced that my Cooper S is actually on it's way

I'm part of the same group. On the dock since July 18th, missed the Aida, then the Isolde. Just got the WW site to tell me I was loaded on the Hudson Leader. Calling my dealer to see what the estimate at the VPC is. (New Country, in Hartford has been great so far!)

The tension is really starting to build now. Seems like a lot of DS colors in our "litter", too.

Stanmini,
Just read your S specs. They are identical to mine. The red/black is going to look great. Only difference is I'm adding the aero kit and having the black plastic wheel flares sanded smooth and painted red to match.

Cool! Should look great.

Does anyone know how to get the call sign and the web address for the site that tracks across the pond?

So "Größe" translates to "size". Oh well, I never claimed to be a linguist.

Third Times The Charm !

After being treated like a pinball all week it looks like my Mini finally found its way onto the Hudson Leader . Time to start clenaing out a space in the garage.

Post Booking Numbers

Tried posting as a new thread, but kept getting an html error screen.

In any case..

--

It exists! My car was status 152 (paint shop) from last Saturday through when we called yesterday. I was starting to get concerned, but my wife called today and we have updated to 182 awaiting transport! Yeehaw.

Checked the WW site and I was "booked" on the Hudson Leader, but obviously not making that boat as it should be at sea by now I believe. What I'm curious to find out is how folks have been determining the numberous booking numbers assigned to a given ship. I know I've seen posts where several booking numbers for a certain ship were listed, but I can't seem to locate such lists on the WW site.

Thanks!

In the garage and ready to go!

Hudson Leader call sign

The Hudson Leader's call sign appears to be H9JS.

Check this link to verify / search for ship info.

Happiness....

Ahh... such happy faces and smiles now ... For many of us, we are underway! See what a couple of deep breaths can do??

According to the Southampton Daily Echo, The Hudson Leader arrived in port at 0600 GMT (1am EST) and departed at 1700 GMT (12pm EST). That means it had 11 hrs to load whatever cars it could. A very quick layover. Sorry to those who missed out, once again...
