United-Kingdom The waiting game!!

Hi All

Is there anyone else out there going through the waiting game like me?? What agony!!! Dealer confirmed last week that mini was in production and should be delivered wk39/wk40, not heard anymore news yet, as this is my first mini this is all new to me would welcome some comments and help from you all.

What's the chance of getting mini to the garage and ready for picking up within the next 2 weeks??

Cheers for the help from you all!!

It all depends on your location. New england people seem to wait alot less compared to west coasters. My mini will be arriving this week. It is already unloaded from the boat in New York. My mini went into production I believe on sept 10th. Of course I got a boat very quickly after it was built. After your car is built there are sites you can find to track your boat.. That helps w/ the waiting game alot.

Just parted with my 02 cooper today. Now have to wait for my R56 to arrive. I've been given a date of 17th November. 7 weeks without a mini! How will I survive?!

Mine arrived at the dealer yesterday, looks great. Should be in the workshop now having all it's other goodies added. Waiting patiently (well sort of) for the call.

The computer "linked directly to the factory" said end of October, but one of the other salesman said it would be November, so who to believe....?

Count your blessings....all you guys/gals "across the pond" have shorter wait times than us Yanks. I waited 9 weeks for my MCS...agonizing. But worth the wait.
