Just discovered that the delivery of our Mini Cooper S has been put back by a month as they have run out of 17in wheels!! Can't believe it! And to top it all off a few days ago the dealer offered to buy our cooper for £1500 less then we bought it for but because the 2nd hand prices are now being published they are only offering us £2000 below, therefore losing another £500! Had we known that we would have sold the cooper 2 weeks ago!! Pretty bad considering they have also had our deposit for the S (£500) for over a year!!

Not happy!! Any one else had or having similar problems? Who is to blame the dealer or BMW? Anything we can do?? Who can we complain to?

I'd try and sell to a few different dealers. I was offered £1000 more from one garage for my cooper. And the 17" wheel delay seems to be affecting quite a few people now.
