Still 152

Looks like there are two more boats departing this month now. The Hual Triton and the Falstaff. The first is NY only the second is NY and Charleston....... Maybe I will have the car by Halloween.......

It's not because there is a date on the thing, there isn't. I've been watching it and knew the last boat into Charleston was Sep-25. Sometime today the falstaff was addedd with an Oct-2 Charleston date.

My car has been built - phew!!!
...and is now at the distribution centre.
Apparently loads of paperwork needs to get done by my salesperson to sort it all out but he's on holiday

There's nobody at my dealership to deal with it today as S. is off ill

I've been reassured though that I should expect my car at the latest 25/9.
Arrrrrrghhhhhh!!!!!! That's one whole week I'll be MINIless

It's never good to wish your life away, but under these circumstances I don't care

I'm at the dock scheduled to leave for Charleston on the Faust 18/9/02. Chip, MINIMENC, where are your cars? Get them over here!

Strange that the Faust isn't listed on the WW schedule. The ID is EB230. I've heard of her moving MINIs in the past. I she a slower boat? Scheduled to leave 8/18, but won't arrive into charleston until the third. If you look at the falstaff leaving on the 22nd, it arrives on the 2nd. The Faust stops on Baltimore, the falstaff stops in newyork.

My MINI is supposed to be on the Tanabata. The scheduled sailing was on 9/13 with arrivals to Baltimore (9/23) and Charleston (9/26) scheduled.

From the booking number, it seems like there are another 114 MINIs on board with mine. Seems like an awful small number compared to the shipments I expected. Maybe there are other booking numbers?

Maybe there was just enough space to cram in a few others...

No sign of my car. OL still shows it as "awaiting production", and W-W has no record of it (highest MCS VIN they have is TD58004, on the Faust for Charleston). I'll call MINIUSA tomorrow to see what the status is.

In the meantime, I'll be playing Bejeweled to occupy my time. A coworker turned me on to it.

called miniusa today and was given 160 as of sept 14, awaiting train for the time being. asked me to call back tomorrow to get more info. where do you guys get those info about boat and blocking number of mcs on those boats?

Chip, when is your planned production date? The VIN numbers are getting way out of sequence. There are currently 16 MCS' booked on the Faust with VINs between TD57956 and TD58201.

W-W this morning shows me booked on the Faust! It's now scheduled to arrive in Charleston on October 4th.

I looked at some of the high scores for Bejeweled, and I have no idea where some of these people had the time to get to 199,000 points.
