Week 27 Production Week

Does anyone else have a production week of Week 27. I placed the order on June 1, 2007 with the dealer and its definately a long hard wait. I was originally showing Week 26 but for some reason when I called the 1866-askmini they told me it was now week 27?

Just called Ask Mini and they confirm week 26 production week. They told me earlier week 27. Yeah . Anyone else with this production week?

I just spoke with ASK MINI and am told that I am in Week 26, as well. This wait is going to seem ETERNAL. My Mini dealer may think I'm a freak if I ask to do a THIRD "test" drive while I'm waiting... but I'm tempted to ask anyway. Tick, tock, tick, tock...

I spoke with Ask mini and they said that my car was now in production and anticipated completion date of 6/29. I origionally placed the order from the dealer 6/1 so it looks like it will be here hopefully by the end of July. Are you on the east coast also? Have you heard and good news?

I am in the Chicago area; ASK MINI said they consider that east coast... funny how I can never make time to hang out at the boardwalk .... Anyway, my dealer placed my order on June 8 and I was told my completion date is 6/28. No one wants to say for sure that it will be here by the end of July, but from everything I've been reading since I decided to get the car it seems like we will be motoring by August. YEA. I have a roadtrip planned already and today the car is still in pieces... I am a sick, sick individual. Okay, I'm off to meet friends for Swedish Days.... it would be so much more fun to arrive in my Mini, but I'll live. I can look forward to turning some heads at the Watermelon Festival in August.
