Nice! I've never been the one to start a production month thread before

I have a Cooper Clubman scheduled for production on March 10, should be taking delivery in mid April.

Spec:
MY/MY black trim
Cold weather package
Automatic
Front & Rear fogs
Arm rest
Sports Seats
Punch black leather seats
Mellow Yellow color line
Piano black dash

HI all, i am waiting for my cooper s convertable sidewalk since the 14th February still no sign of it.I have been told it is possible that it will be in transit the first week of March.???

I think the Sidewalk has the best wheels on any of the MINIs.

I really wish the Dooper was available in the US, love the mileage.

My Clubman status says on the docks, but I think it's at sea on the K Line ship Caribbean Highway.

That's a crazily quick turn around when I put in my order for my Cooper S at the beginning of Feb and my delivery date isn't until 14th April. I know it's going into production today, so fingers cross it's going to come early

I'm still waiting for my MINI to get a ship assignment... It's a long way to Texas. Hoping for early April.

Sboord, you should check with your MA. Your car is probably coming into Charleston, and has about a 50/50 chance of being on a K Line ship, where you can't track it. I think my car is on the K Line ship Caribbean Highway but my MA doesn't know how to access the dealer shipping info.

You are absolutely correct! My Mini [& maybe yours] is on a K-line if the name of the vessel is Caribbean Highway. Per my MA, it has an estimated arrival of 3/20/08 to the port in Charleston, South Carolina.

And I just got confirmation today that my car is on the Caribbean Highway too! Here's to enjoying all that booze and buffets on the voyage!

The CH docks in Charleston on Mar 20, you could have yours by the end of the month if everything goes right.

Our MINI Cooper Clubman is scheduled to be built in Week 13... that's next week! So it's right on the cusp of March/April for production, and will be an April delivery (with any luck!)

My Mini was ordered 30th March. I am being quoted a late June delivery. Does this seem too long? I have no idea when it will go into production, i have been given a Factory Order No, but its still not letting me create an account on Owners Lounge.

Deako, the owner's lounge is part of MINIUSA, you need a US VIN to register there. Sorry. About your timeline question, it seems like you should be able to get it earlier, but that is just my uneducated guess. For me, my build date was early March and I'm picking my Clubman up next week.

The Mini owners lounge allows you to register using the Production No of the car.

Check with your MA, they should be able to tell you what ship.

Then you can check either Port of Charleston or Port of NY for arrival dates and times.

Thanks for the info again. The ship docks tomorrow, 5/1.
My MA(Motoring Assistant-Sales Pig) confirmed the ship name.
He was surprised when I told him the date of port. Like you and so many others, we WANT our Clubman now.

Now, off to find your New Clubman blog.
WHY did you have to pick up the Clubman in Western MN? Just curious.

I will get better at navigating this site.
There's so much to learn here.

Short answer, I bought in MN to save about $2500.

My local dealer charges $1000 to spec a car and is adding a surcharge to the Clubman.

Oh well, their loss and Motorwerks gain.
