When I looked at the booking list for my ship, all it listed as VIN's. How did you determine the breakdown of MC/MCS/CVT?

When you look through the pages of the booking list,
there are 10 VINs per page,
TDxxxxx is an S
TCxxxxx is a 5 Speed Cooper
TExxxxx is a CVT Cooper

Some cars are "wait listed" (I think that means Standby, or we'll see if we can cram 'em in).

Find your VIN, write down the booking #, then search By Booking # for all your shipmates.

Not COMPLETELY true, BigMack.

Can't fathom it ...but definitely some Cooper S's are TC's (even for America.) Believe me... I've seen them just before shipping last weekend

Just took another look at the ship bookings,,Now up to 179 MINIs to go live in the USA & Canada.

13 Oct. 2002,, The MINIs have now started boarding the AIDA.

When I checked, there were about 10 or so loaded already, before noon GB time.

Edit: 21:20 13 Oct. ESTime, All 179 MINIs loaded !!!!

179 on the booking list. (According to the WW site).

Anyone know where the boat is at? I looked at Oceanweather.com using the call sign in an earlier AIDA thread but haven't spotted it.

Just getting impatient!

I found that a better source for ship tracking data was NDBC

Set time to max - 12 hours - then search for your call sign.

Once my ship was a day into it's voyage, it showed up on this report every 6 hours. You can then take the datapoints (Lat, Long) and approximately plot them onto a map like what they show at OceanData.com

Thanks Paul for that. The site does have more data. An earlier thread said the Aida was SCFI. Using either site I still can't find that ship? If any fellow "travelers" have more information, please post.
