Does anyone know of anyway to track the cars after they have arrived in port and are waiting to be trucked to the dealer?

You can call MINIUSA. While they aren't 100% reliable they can give you somewhat more current and detailed info than what you get at the owners lounge.

Where is their number I can't find it in the Owner's Lounge?

The phone # is 1-866-275-6464. Have the last seven characters/digits of your VIN # handy so they can locate your info.

I don't have it handy at the moment, but I think it was 1-866-ASKMINI.

you can also contact them via email in the owner's lounge "contact us" section. i indicated that it's an urgent message (not extremely urgent), they got back to me the following day.
