I guess I need to post here for a little moral support. My BRG/W MCS had a production date of 1/24/03 and has been stuck at 193 Awaiting Transport for its trip to the US for nearly a week! I've seen many others that had the same prod. date that have already sailed on the Tosca and maybe others. I just wondered if my little one has some company at the Southhampton dock or if it got left there by all it's brothers and sisters? Boo hoo!

Have you tried looking it up on the Wallenius Wilhelmsen Global Cargo Tracking web site? Just click Auto and enter the 7 characters of your VIN. The VIN is available in the Owner's Lounge under order details. MINI says mine is awaiting transport also, but the shipping line says it was loaded and that the ship has sailed. I just hope the shipping line is correct .

I apologize for the confusion. Our records show that your MINI arrived at the port of exit on January 23rd. This is the last update that I have. However, since Wallenius Wilhelmsen is a separate company, we don't have access to their records. This means we have to rely on them to update us. I would go by their records during the shipping time since they will be more accurate than ours and also the website. Feel free to call us for the latest update that we have for you. You can also call us at 1-866-ASK-MINI if that's more convenient for you.

Thanks for the suggestion, Spike. I had been trying to use the entire VIN at the WW website and it (obviously) didn't work. I am booked on the FAUST, sailing today from Southhampton! Hope that gets me in the driver's seat in February!

Glad to help. Spike (my MINI) is on the Elektra. It sailed on the 28th and is scheduled into San Diego on the 18th of Feb. The wait is killing me.
