Hi, this is my first post on this board - so hello everyone!

I have just ordered my Mini Cooper last Tues, and was given a vague delivery of mid-march, I was wondering if in a week or so they will give me a proper delivery date, as it appears people here have been given set dates but I havent

That's pretty quick from order to arrival!

You usually get a better date after the car is in pre-production, when it's allocated a build slot.

I would guess it would be a couple of weeks for yours.

I really hope it does arrive quickly, because after the excellent test drive I had, i'm desperate to drive it now!

February is going to be a long month!

Ohhh the strain of waiting is lingering like a headache.
i got a phone call today from our BMW dealer and she said that my order for my mini one is in preduction now (03 reg)
I was quite pleased that she phoned up because it keeps you up to date with whats going on. The estimated delivery data at the time or order was 1/03/03 which was ok with me.

The dealer said it should now be delivered by the 8th now, which is not a problem its quite a good estimate so i credit them on that. It also gave me a quick chance to double check all the addons i ordered, which were all correct.

The dealer said she would phone me again at the end of the month for a pick up date and some other stuff.

hehe i am all excited again.
