Well...my June 13th production Mini is now stateside in NY. What is the wait now? 2-3 weeks?

Not that long surely?

My Chili Red MCS must be at the distribution centre with yours, and I'm hoping it will be released to the dealer before July 4th (MINI of the Hamptons).

Anyone any experience of the holding times at this stage?

Just had the call today (Saturday) from MINI of the Hamptons, and my MCS has arrived

I guess they are not too far from the distribution centre.

Now I need to arrange overground shipping to CA.

I see that the MiniUsa site now has the estimated delivery date to be today, June 30th. That was updated on Saturday from June 26th.

I am getting the bike rack, and they told me that takes a bit of time to install since it involves drilling into the roof.

It sure would be nice to have for the 3 day weekend coming up.

After almost a 2 month wait since ordering on May 16th, I heard from the dealer over the weekend that my new Mini will be available on Wednesday, July 9th. Unfortunately, work calls, so I won't be able to pick it up until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday July 12th!
