Offline | Production/Delivery Date I have ordered my mini one on the 26th July and was given a provisional pick up date from the dealership (Williams of Manchester) of the 20th September. They said it would probably arrive beforehand so I called them today to see if it is due to be made in the factory soon. Unfortunately, it hadnt been given a date and Im so frustrated waiting as it is, let alone if it gets delivered late. Also, the guy at the dealership said it takes 10 days from production to arrive with them which I thought was a bit drawn out. What have other peoples experience been with regards to delivery dates, I know the MCS has a heavy backlog but I didnt think this was the case for the Mini One. |

Offline | That's not true. They roll down the line mixed models, mixed colours, mixed options one after the other. Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |

Offline | You should have a production week WAY in advance, and they usually move forward, not backwards. Sounds a bit iffy to me. ![]() Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |

Offline | Before you flame me about my info, Im actually going by what the contacts at the dealership told me. Apparently, they had several MC orders in two weeks before scheduled. I had confirmation of my order weeks ago and for insurance purposes need a chassis number etc, which is why Im so frustrated at the waiting around. |

Offline | Lurcher Are you saying they gave you only 4 weeks for delivery date, well on my delivery date of the 20th it will be almost 7 weeks. I will be most unhappy if they put it back and its late, I guess the only thing you can do is keep on hassling them as the date gets nearer. |

Offline | Hi All, I ordered my One D on the 3rd July from the dealer, they estimated the second week in September, but from about the middle of August I was told that it could be as late as the 10th October!!! They do however keep reassuring me that it will be brought forward nearer the time. I'm hoping that she might become an 04 production model, so would get the trip computer as part of SALT package. The worse thing about the wait is having to be so careful with my current car before trading in ![]() |
