Offline | After ordering your MINI - how long was it "On Order"? Hello all - I ordered my MINI Cooper about 2 weeks ago and it is still "On Order". How long did it take for most of you to have your MINI "Scheduled for production"? Thanks! |

Offline | It took me about 4 months from putting down my deposit to when I got my production number. And, it will be about 2 more months until the car arrives...Dec 22nd! I hear we on the West Coast USA have some of the longest waits. |

Offline | Nearly two months for me! I ordered on Sept. 6 and I wasn't "Scheduled for Production" until Oct. 26. I'm due to pick up my MC tomorrow or Wednesday. Good luck with your wait, BlackBear! |

| neighbo(u)rhood punk | Forever! Seriously, mine was scheduled for production about 1 month before it's original est. production date. It changed twice after that. Good luck. I ended up waiting over 2 1/2 months from order to delivery, but it was sooooo worth the wait. Jason Proud papa of a kickin' 2004 Indigo/Black MC - responds to the name Nigel |

| neighbo(u)rhood punk | Oh, I guess I could qualify that a bit. My MC had to get from Oxford, UK to San Antonio, Texas via South Carolina. I'd still be waiting if I had ordered a MCS. Don't worry, once you get your MINI, you'll forget all about the obnoxious wait. You'll be too busy offering to take your friends to the airport/grocery store/work/corner store. Rich_IX, did you order a MC or MCS? That seems like a long wait for a MC. Proud papa of a kickin' 2004 Indigo/Black MC - responds to the name Nigel |

Offline | Thanks for all your input. After placing my deposit, I got my production number in just 3 days from Mini of Nashville - just not sure what the delay to schedule for production is all about. But, like many of you said, I'll forget all about this wait when my MC gets here! |

Offline | 'Scheduled for Production'! Called yesterday - build was started Dec. 3rd - will be finished on Dec. 15th. Folks at MINI were very nice to talk with. Yeah! (Now wonder if holidays will slow down delivery?) |
