Hi all, ordered cooper s 18th may, pick it up tomorrow.... 3 and a bit weeks later....is this a new record for a factory order ....cant wait...

Well, picked it up 3o'clock and just got home, went "the long way" ....fantastic wee car...cant believe the way it just pulls in any gear at any speed....and it absolutly flies up to 120 or so...i believe my last car was a classic shape impreza turbo, and there aint a lot in it, fact the S has almost no turbo lag so gets going sooner....

OH YES i've got her...have had a big grin on my face all day too..picked her up from Park Lane London today at 3pm....i was driving past dealer ship and there she was the main car in the window with a huge huge huge bow on her and lots of admiriers outside the window taking photos i only recognised her from the number plate....i was wondering why they were asking me all the time what time i was coming in and to let them know

Car drives like a dream, looks so cool.... spent the rest of the day driving round town & Hyde Park with the biggest grin ever.

Ordered my MCS on 23rd May, is now sat at the dealership waiting to be 'prepared'. Would probably be available to collect this weekend but I'm away on holiday all next week. Something to look forward to on the plane home

We ordered ours in late june/july 2009 and it arrived Oct 2009 should have been by end august but factory slowed down production in 2009. Still was worht the wait its GRRRR8

My MCS came in several weeks early back in November.

I ordered my new Cooper Clubman January 17th for delivery March 1st to coincide with the new UK registration year. It was built at the Oxford plant on February 11th (there is a sticker on the LH side scuttle confirming that)and delivered to the dealer February 16th - 2 weeks before the required date Of course it could not be road-registered until March 1st anyway so it sat at the dealer for 2 weeks. Excellent service.

I had my brand new Mini in four days!! Went in on the Tuesday for a test drive - told the dealer what I wanted spec wise and they had one just off the production line (with a few extra bits ). It was delivered on the Thursday and I picked it up on the Saturday 30th July! Not bad service I reckon as its currently a 8-10 week wait for my model.
