OK, it's 08/17 and my delivery date on the owner's lounge is 08/18. My question is:

How many people know if their vehicle made it to the dealer on or by the estimated delivery date? I have read a number of posts from individuals whose EDD has come and gone with no car at the dealership, but I'd like to get a sense from those that have taken delivery.

Mine was first scheduled for 8/10 then it changed to 8/13. In the meantime I had called my dealer and said it would be ready for an 8/16 pickup (yesterday). So, in short, no you can't trust that date. Sorry, but your best bet is to call your MA

Its accurate within a couple of days, unless there's a big change. My EDD was 8/13, then about 8/13 it switched to 8/14. Car showed up at 4pm on 8/14.

The people whose cars were delayed because of whatever original '05 wait had their EDD's come and go, but that was a unique case.

Your dealer should know when your car got released to carrier and when it was loaded, which should help you verify the EDD. The OL doesn't really give that much info after the VPC.

My MA doesn't seem to want to take my calls at this point. I don't think one call a day is overly ridiculous, since it's this close to the EDD, but apparently, he's getting annoyed. Oh well, I'll bombard him tomorrow for more info.

He gets paid to be bombarded. Doesn't really seem right that he'd be avoiding you, but hopefully you can find out what's up. I think your EDD getting moved to the 20th at least gives you an idea of what timing to expect now. Hopefully that will be the last delay.
