Hello all! After following these boards for a few months now, I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself! This forum has been a great help for decision making!

I placed my order on 8/20 with an expected October delivery--which seems like forever!

Here's the specs:

EB/W MCS
Black Leatherette
Anthracite dash
Chome line interior
Sport Package
Permium Package
Cold Weather
HK upgrade
Auto dim mirror w/ rain sensing wipers

I think that's it! I have a week to make any changes, think I'm missing anything?? Opinions?

This is my first new car, so I'm going all out--why not, right? I am currently driving a 2000 Jetta which I hate. Bought it used only a year ago and it's been nothing but problems. I simply can't wait to get my MINI and I think my dealer is going to be sick of me by the time it finally comes in!

P.S. The smurf's name will be Victor. My boyfriend came up with that one on a whim and it's stuck on me now!
