do the production numbers actually mean anything? Like if I'm ######2 does that mean my car will be built after ######3? Or are they just kindof assigned when the order comes in and them built whenever they can build them?

I sure hope not. I'm a bit frustrated right now...

My father ordered his mcs 2 days AFTER I did from the same dealership. He just got a production end date of Sept 3rd. Mine still shows on-order...no production date yet.

My production # is 6000 higher than his, so I'd hate to wait for them to build 6000 MCS's before they started mine. Just patiently waiting for my date (especially now that my dad has received his prod date)

Orriginally, I was told I'd have my mini in another 4.5 weeks. I'm guessing 200,000 minis take longer than that <Grin>
