Offline | Whats the usual delivery time? Our MCS has been on order now since 16/05/04 and we still aint got our delivery date yet,the dealers cant give a date (Lister Park). I was just wondering how long every one else (UK) has been waiting for their 05's? |

Offline | Good day..................first off, a very warm welcome to Mini2, hope you enjoy your time on line and find that everything that you need to know about mini you will find on here, there are lots of great people floating around on the forums Anyway, i ordered my Hyper blue MCS on the 31 May this year, i emailed my BMW/MINI group - Sytner yesterday and they responded within the same day and gave me a date of 10th December 04. They should be able to give you a round about date if not the exact date, best thing to do is to get on the net go to www.mini.co.uk and contact your dealer via email through the site. Hope this helps Billy ![]() Eer you niked my son....... |

Offline | How come you've got such a long wait? I went to the mini showroom at Newcastle today and was told i could have a new MCS by January! March 2005 sounds a little extream if i could order tomorrow and have mine 3 months before you! |

Offline | Before i ordered mine i rang around 5-6 different dealers to see what lead time that they had, i was given dates from September through to February. When i asked why, i was told that dealers have build quotas for each month, so if more people went to a certain dealer then the lead time would be a lot longer. I was originally told early October, but then a month later i was told it would be before Christmas..... Billy ![]() Eer you niked my son....... |

Offline | Ordered mine July 22nd 04 ask mini says it'll be completely built by Sept 9th, so I anticipate delivery over here in California mid October. Suprised you can't get one quicker in the UK. Maybe you can if you're prepared to take one off the dealers show room floor ? |

Offline | No it was going to be built to my spec to the tune of £17,950. I don't actually want the car until march so i've got a chance of getting 2 years no claims bonus on the insurance, which makes the insurance come to £900 which i can afford. I'll probably place my order towards the end of October. |
