My Cooper has been "Scheduled for production, with no production date yet" for what seems like forever, but it's probably on been a week and a half, or so. How much longer until I get my build date? Also, I've been calling 1-866-ASK-MINI everyday to check my status but do I need to actually talk to someone to get the most up-to-date info, is does the machine know as much as a person can find out?

I would talk to a real live human being on ASK MINI they usually have more info than the automated person.
