The reports don't indicate that my MINI has been loaded yet, but it looks like she'll be on the "Independence", scheduled to depart Southampton 9/25.

Does anyone have new info on the Independence? Since it's docking at NYC, maybe the hurricane won't interfere with the voyage?

It's getting closer. . .

Hey vagt6, head on over to the September thread. There are several (that I know of) that are on the Independence.

My little Hot Orange MCC is aboard the Independence. Scheduled to dock in NYC Oct 10th. I pulled the ship's info. Here are the ten aboard:

The VIN WM**993 is for a CHILI RED 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible .
The VIN WM**962 is for a Cool Blue Metallic 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible .
The VIN WM**872 is for a British Racing Green Metallic 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible .
The VIN WM**975 is for a CHILI RED 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible .
The VIN WM**972 is for a CHILI RED 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible .
The VIN WM**000 is for a Dark Silver Metallic 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible .
The VIN WM**994 is for a Cool Blue Metallic 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible .
The VIN WM**946 is for a Hyper Blue Metallic 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible .
The VIN WM**091 is for a CHILI RED 2005 MINI Cooper convertible .

And, of course, mine:

Did you figure out the vessel call sign of the Independence to track it?

I'm sure you found your answer already, but just in case, the callsign for the Inedpendence is WRYG and it can be tracked at:

Yeah, I guess we can assume that it will get to the dock today, at least.

I'm wondering how long it takes to get from the ship to the delivery truck/trailer?

Tired of waiting .. . . . . .. .. . . . . . .
