Well, still don't have my car yet. No word yet from the dealer.

For the FIRST time since it was originally set, my EDD on the OL changed from 9/11 to 9/29 today. Quite a jump huh? What a crazy system.

I made my cutoff date for receiving the car as yesterday, but I've changed it to 9/30 (the day my auto loan runs out). It was good for 45 days and I got the loan the day the car finished production so I figured 45 days after that would be safe, now it's coming to the deadline.

Another question: is a "contract date" standard when purchasing a Mini? That is, the date your contract with the dealer expires with no penalty if the car is not delivered at that time. I was never offered a contract date when I spec'd mine, and wondering if this was standard.

Still waiiting and the days are getting colder...
