My baby is going into production today. I have received the VIN and Friday is the completion date. She is as follows:

Model Description: Cooper S
Exterior Description: CHILI RED
Interior Description: Black Leather

Factory Ordered Options:
Automatic Air Conditioning
Center Armrest
Cruise Control w/Multi-function Steering Wheel
Interior Surface Silver
Limited Slip Differential
On-board Computer
Rear Fog Lamps
Sports Package
White Bonnet Stripes

That's just the factory options.

My car was completed on 4/8 and is awating transport. i live in California. Anyone have any leads as to booking numbers, ships? I have checked the WW website with my info with no success. Can anyone give me any tips for K-Line so that i can check there? My MA doesn't have any info for me. Thanks

Bummer for you. I read that you have to contact K-Line directly (No tracking available) add to that the fact that you need to try to find booking numbers etc. Heard it was a pain....

Hoping it isn't much of a hassle. As long as Coop gets to the US safe and sound, I guess it really isn't any big deal. If anyone else gets any leads with regard to K-Line and shipping here soon, please let know. I know that the next WW vessel doesn't leave until the 15th, so maybe my info just hasn't been entered yet for the ship on Friday. If anyone gets a booking number for the WW ship leaving this Friday, the 15th, please let me know. Thanks

Just found this on the Owners Lounge message board.

You may not be on a WW ship. If your VIN doesn't show up on WW it's probably on K-Line. Call your MA and get the Bill of Lading then call K-Line at 800-609-3221 and choose the auto cargo option.

ThomB, our cars will be riding together! I just found today that Ramses will be aboard the Takasago, leaving Southampton on the 15th, and due into SC on the 27th. Woot! Now to figure out the driving time between SC and TX...

IN the list for the TSKAKO? by the booking number. Be aware that it does not show up if you search by VIN though.

I found mine! :-) Actually, I had to search by VIN again, which didn't work yesterday, but I guess it just hadn't gotten booked, yet. I'm on the Takasago, Southampton -> Charleston.

Poor Genie's gonna be waiting for me at the dealership for nearly a *month*! Ugh!

Mine's also being quoted for completion on the 14th, and they say it takes 5 days to a week for it to get to the docks, etc....

If you've got an RSS aggregator at the ready and you're booked on WW for the Big Trip, plug this feed into your feed reader:

This will only work if you can search for your VIN on the WW site and get a result!

This feed should show you the contents of the table on the cargo status history page, so you can see when something happens. It isn't fancy, and it may completely break, but it's worth a shot!
