Hey everybody i just thought id start the September group...

I just got my order number and production week. Week 39.
My Mini Specs:

2006 British Racing Green Cooper S

I'm in Germany right now with the military so my delivery should be around the beginning of October.... Hopefully just in time for my birthday

I am so excited about my new mini!!!!!

Last time I checked, production week Sept. 5 - 9
(askmini said could fluctuate a week in either direction)

Expecting her (still working on a name) first week in October. Need to order my roof/bonnet/boot graphics in a few weeks to make sure to have them in install shortly after I get her.

One question. in the OL the only thing showing up is the color, cooper, and 06. None of my specs. Is this normal?

I put my order in with the dealer the first week in July. I knew I was not a patient person before I ordered, this just reaffirms it. In the words of David Byrne, "Patience is a virtue, but I just dont have the time"

I just got my production date for week #36 for my MINI Cooper and hope for a mid October Ohio delivery date. I went with the new Space Blue color with a silver roof and mirrors. Sunroof, cold weather package, spoiler added. Can't wait to see the color combo. The color sample my dealer showed me looked nothing like the pictures of Space Blue Minis I have found on the web. The actual color sample was a rich, true blue color. Any one else order Space Blue????? :

From the OL, e-mail askmini requesting they send you the specs. I did and it was all wrong (took the dealer 3 attempts to get it right)!

Got my specs. Not from the OL though. I got impatient of waiting and talked to someone at 1.866.ask.mini and the nice rep went through everything with me.

Does not make the wait easier.

I still have not received my production number or scheduled build date, but we have ordered a Purple Haze Cooper with Silver roof, all the chrome options, none of the irritating fancy stuff, all of the nice useful stuff.

Should be a striking looking MINI!

Been reading your estimated production week and corresponding delivery week, and it is bugging me that you guys across the Atlantic could get a MCS in october when it is built during week 37. I have ordered Gonzo, a MC BRG/W with Curry- and Chili-packs, auto climate control, sunroof, chrono package etc., got PW 37 but delivery isn't expected until late october or even early november...

It seems Sweden is to close to the UK to get decent production times, if it would help I would'nt mind going to Oxford and pick it up myself however I think the real reason is about Sweden as a small market and hence getting a low production priority...

My dealership sales rep told me that 10 weeks is normal from order to delivery for a MC, the MCS might even take 20 weeks to get here ! - I guess we just have to buy more MINIs to speed up delivery...

Make sure to join the DC Metro Mini's club. Esp. if you are getting dealer work done, you get a discount! Great club! We did a run around Annapolis yesterday (I was a passenger) it was so much fun!!!!

I've noticed some saying week 37 and some 36 in this thread, each talking about Sept. 5-9.

An ASK MINI rep told me my DS MCSC is scheduled for week 36 - Sept. 5-9. That was as of this morning.

I did. I got lucky and my dealer bumped me up from January '06 production to September '05.

I just called the MINIUSA customer service and the little automated voice on the other end told me my MINI will be finished September 2nd!

Spoke to my dealer yesterday - he's told me that my car is on schedule for the week starting 26th September but that should come forward a couple of weeks. So going by his calculations the car should be with him the week starting 12th September. 22 Days and counting!

Ordered my new One on August 12th.

White roof & Mirror caps,(Irish "unoffical !!!!!" dealer option!)
Bonnet stripes,
Pepper Pack,

Rain sensor and Automatic Headlights-on sensor.

Can't wait for it to arrive.
Dealer said middle of September, but I think more like late September.
