the kit increases the BHP of your 'S' from either 163bhp to 168bhp or for face lift models from 170 BHP TO 175BHP

Hi Chris,

I've got a Cooper S (54 plate) and I was looking at this and the JCW Sound kit, since they both have air filters, would getting the Sound kit give all the benefits of this air filter? If not, is it possible to use this air filter in conjunction with the Sound kit?

Lastly, could you give me a price for both of these as well as the Brake kit (all fitted up in Blackpool), any discount would be great! (email me at rpoole at gmail dot com if possible or just on here is cool)

Thanks for the enquiry,
The sound kit is only for Cooper models but the air filter kit can be fitted to your MCS,the filter is the same filter you get with the full Works engine kit,
we can supply and fit the JCW air filter kit for £282.50 inc vat and labour,this will increase your bhp to 175, or if you want to go the full engine kit (210bhp) we can fit this kit for £3200.00 inc vat and labour,regarding the JCW brake kit we can fit the brakes for £782.90 inc vat and labour,
we book in around a week in advance and would supply a loan car for the time your car is with us,for the filter and brakes we would need your car for a day

Hi Richard,
There is an extra air duct from the main air filter box,it runs back to the bulk head and connects under the black grille so it drags more air in and you can here it inside the car,
fitting is around half an hour

For the MCS, is it the same airbox set up as on a full JCW MCS with the extra hole, electronics, valve thing, and cotton filter etc etc?
