Offline  | Customer Feedback Thread for Chris at Derek Woodman BMW Just had to do this....He may kill me for it but I've heard so many good things about Chris in parts , so I've decided to set up a feedback thread, lets keep the comments constructive and try and refrain from posting anything that can't be sorted out over the phone, so digression is the key! I think most of the vendors on this site should have a feedback forum, if they are practice what they preach then they'll be no problem  Also from a new customer point of view it makes more sense to have an informed choice. I've just done a deal with Chris on some new 105 JCW alloys, Quoted me happy and now I've got them ordered  Spot on service if you can cope with his deafness! Offline | I only ever go to Woodmans, even though there about 7 dealerships nearer! Chris is a fellow MINI enthusiast, and will do everything he can to help. He should be able to retire early with the amount of stuff I have bought from there  . All round superb customer service  . |

Offline | Woodmans - superb service both from Parts & Service & Sales Feedback - A feedback area was set up for all the sponsors at my request a couple of years back however certain sponsors forced it to be removed as they got lots of negative feedback |

| Back in a first gen.  | Also dealt with Chris in the past for various items for my R56 and now I have a MCS cab, nothing will change.... I will be ordering an aerokit at some stage and I would rather drive up the M6 for an hour and a half than go to any of the numerous dealerships in between B'Ham and Blackpool..... On the whole Woodmans are highly recommended by me |

Offline | Another vote for exceptional here....... I have ordered all of my genuine parts (except my spots) from Chris at Woodmans. I have also shifted my servicing and warranty business over to them too. On both fronts the service is always top notch, which cannot be said for my [slightly] more local dealer. Keep up the good work guys. The events they put on are also great for the MINI community too. |

| A mini is a way of life.  | I had an areo kit supplied and fitted today at Derek Woodman. I made a 500 mile round for this and the service was 1st class. I have used a number of different dealers over the years and have to say Derek Woodman is head and shoulders above the rest. A big thank you to Chris and his team for doing a fantastic job  |

Offline | Only ordered some black grille trims for a R56 MCS @£36 so it doesn't matter the total value of your order the service is just the same. Exceptional. Even offered advice on fitting and "phone back if any problems". Rather go to Chris than my local dealer. Rob |

Offline | Think the score on this poll speaks for itself! Bought some Recaros from Chris,and service was and is superb. Will be going there for anything else i buy. When i picked up the seats i was stunned by the facilities Woodmans have up there. Shame i'd already ordered my car from another dealership! Am even driving up from Bristol to have the seats coded to avoid the bull from my local dealer about warranties etc, with me having fitted them myself. |

Offline  | Ordered some bits for our Clubbie this week. Chris said, he'd order them now have 'em the next day and they will be with you friday so you can fit them at the weekend. Friday came and the bits arrived and Chris gave me some fitting tips too. Bits are on the car, the car looks great and this is one top man with service second to none!
