Red Cooper Jcw Mini

Plan to look at a 2003 MINI with the JCW kit at our local dealer tomorrow. Anyone have experience with this set up: reliability, problems, etc...
I previously owned a stock S and enjoyed but am intrigued by the JCW kit.

Thanks

JCW may be too strong for the axles. May. Very limited documentation on it. None officially. JCW is the best thing you can do to a MINI Cooper S. There is a ton documented on that, officially or otherwise.

Oh - i should mention that my JCW Kit came with an improperly installed supercharger pulley. First and last I ever heard of it, and i've been living the MINI way since 2002.

I've owned one for two years.

No problems AT ALL.

Mine's an '05 but still no probs with mine either. I've also raced head to head on a drag strip with a Cooper S with a remapped ECU and a different intercooler, exhaust and air filter with a claimed 225bhp by the company who developed it (it was their demonstrator). I was running on 18's and still beat him...
