advice needed on supercharger belt

ive just had a belt pulley and remap done should of taken me to the 200bhp figure or around there. its a forge 15 percent reduction pulley. aparently your meant to tell big differences in these conversions from stock my freinds seem to think its quiker and i do notice that there is a bit of a difference. but not massive. when you get high up the revs the charger doeant make like a smooth accelerating noise now if you understand me its slightly very rapidly staggered up the rev range i didnt know if this was normal like the pulley noise or wheather the belt is slipping just after advice and different scenarios please help. the car is quiker as in it gets there quiker but no more top end or more in lower gears

I've had a Digi-Tec tuning which made a big difference. That's also a remap and a smaller 15% pulley and other spark plugs. The torque gain at lower revs was substantial not to say sensational. I now also have the MTH tuner file and the gain is even more. So from what I hear from you the difference is too small.
