Question Which Exhaust is the best for MC???

Hi all of the mini2 forum members

I don't decide which exhaust to buy 2005 MC.
What's your suggestion?
I think 3 exhaust.

1-JCW Sound Kit
2-Borla Exhaust
3-Janspeed Exhaust

i didn't hear janspeed sound,is it look like a Borla or not,how is Janspeed sound, very load or not?

I had the JCW sound kit installed, I know it is the expensive option for an exhaust but it does include the air filter and ECU update and altogether just sounds AWSOME!! I find it hard to drive below 4000rpm now.
Just to confirm....................AWSOME!!

Milltek is also a good option for the MC. We ave run ours for 4000 miles and it is good in all driving conditions, not too loud good on the motorway for long journeys and looks good as well.

The borla also appeals to me (i have an aggressive on the Cooper S) as they are well built and designed.

Yeah as you remember we had to put the standard back on. But they also had a stupid 98db noise limit. Next year they are taking it up to 110db so we should be fine then..

yes i think JCW is expensive choice but it's warranty, because my car is 2005,so the warranty to be continue and it's include filter and ECU.What hp gains with ECU? maybe 3 or 5 hp.
what do you say about janspeed?

Talking Borla

I just installed the Borla Agressive on my '05. It was a breeze to install, the fit and finisg are awesome (brilliant design on the clamps !) and the performance and note are tremendous... go to Piloracing.com and save $150 (u.s.)

Remus Dual Tip Exhaust

I have just purchased the Remus dual tip exhaust, and am waiting to install it as soon as the rear Aero bumper arrives, cutting the rear aero bumper has to be so precise, thus am still looking around for a very good body shop, i could also do it in the dealership,, i will update you with Pictures and Videos once everything becomes ready !!

Cost me $249.99 plus shipping ! such a wonderfull offer that i couldnt miss.
