MCS Panel Filters; Recomendations?

At ~30K miles, our original paper filter is probably overdue to be pitched. Has anyone had positive experience with any of the cleanable replacement AF elements available?

Regarding CAIs, HAIs, etc.: I am interested in autocrossing next year and at this point I wish to avoid mods that would push me out of GS category.

Thanks

I used to like my K&N until I got a JCW CAI.

Thanks for the recomendation. Is that your TR6? It's an earlier low bumper car with the original style directional lamps if I'm not mistaken. One of the sweetest sounding engines ever to come out of England. I'm restoring a 1961 Morgan which uses a TR3A engine.

I suppose it's hard to go wrong with a K&N product. I guess I was fishing for a compelling reason to opt for one of the many other foam or cotton gauze choices available.
